How are my items shipped?

All items are shipped from the US and most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 1-4 business days and you will be provided with a tracking number. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.  Some smaller items may be shipped USPS First Class Mail which may take 5-8 business days with tracking.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will be shipped within 10 business days or sooner.  Some items are special order and may take slightly longer but you will be notified once an item is purchased when it will be shipped.  Once your order ships, you will be notified with a tracking number.  We take our customer service seriously and strive to ensure orders go out in a timely manner.  As a small business, we personally  ensure the orders get out the door as soon as possible.

What if an item doesn't fit?

Fleur and Lace Boutique values excellent customer service!  Please read the dress and accessories measurements carefully to ensure a good fit and to avoid the hassle of returns.  If the princess measures in between sizes it's always best to go up a size.  You must notify us if you would like to return an item and we request being notified within 2 days of receiving your order.  The item returned must be unworn and undamaged.  After inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of the return.  We want you to be happy and will work with you to resolve an issue.  Refunds are issued less shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy!  Just select from the drop down menus on the item and add to our secure cart.  We take your personal information seriously and offer a very secure website for purchases.  We accept most major credit cards.  We do not share your information.
